I am no longer seeing psychotherapy clients nor maintaining an office.

If you were a client within the last 7 years, I will be keeping all records for 7 years past the last contact with you (as required by NH law) and then destroying them. If you were a client earlier please contact me about whether your record is still available (although be aware that it may well not be). If you need a copy of your record sent to a new therapist, please let me know. I will need you to sign a release before I can send your record on. This can be done by having your therapist send me a release that you have signed and asking for the record. My mailing address (32 Daniel Webster Highway, Suite 17, Merrimack, NH 03054) and email address (below) will stay the same. My contact information can also always be obtained from the NH Board of Mental Health Practice (603-271-6762 ).
